My friends and I were talking the other day. Our discussion was around losing weight. We found it tough to drink water, exercise, and diet all at the same time. Usually one of the three went by the wayside. We also found it difficult to stay motivates past two weeks. What is your motivation to stay on track and hit all three goals on a daily basis?
