My friends and I were talking the other day. Our discussion was around losing weight. We found it tough to drink water, exercise, and diet all at the same time. Usually one of the three went by the wayside. We also found it difficult to stay motivated past two weeks. What is your motivation to stay on track and hit all three goals on a daily basis?

    Find and implemental lifestyle changes and give yourself a break. Changes will become norms.

    Start with increasing water intake by 1 cup a day until you reach your goal. Exercise 10 minutes a day for the first week, add a few minutes each week until you get to 30 minutes (don't forget a rest day!). Slowly change your diet, tweek favorite meals to make them healthier, eat smaller portions, toss in some steamed veggies, eat breakfast! But, the most important thing is to keep the changes small and doable! Belive me it adds up!
