My plan seems to be working somehow. I am eating when I am hungry. Paying attention to my hunger signals and stopping when I am getting full (no matter how good it tastes!). I don't always do this perfectly. A lot of times I over eat still even though I am trying to pay attention. I am also limiting mouth food (that which I eat simply because it tastes good - no nutritional value). Again not always easy. But somehow, little by little, I am down a few pounds. Not much but enough to feel good about it and confident I can continue. My goal was to not look horribly fat in the pictures from my nephew's wedding. That is this weekend. I will see how it goes.
