The 1st week back

So I have tracked everything this week, even the horrible bad stuff. It is no wonder I am in the shape I am in. I have however increased my water intake, one small step.
I work from home now and it is a trade off. When I went to work I walked more and ate more fat/calorie/carb laden foods everyday. Now I walk less and eat better for the most part.
Things I will work on this week: Water and Sunday batch cooking of healthy foods. It has to be baby steps or it won't "stick".
