I've decided to make a commitment to complete the Hammer & Chisel program I bought about 6 months ago. It's an 8 week program that consist of heavy lifting and cardio.
I'm not training for any long distance races right now, so I thought it would be a good time to start.
I took some before pictures and I'm going to be tracking my measurements. Wish me luck!
