I've been slowly going back on track since August. Extra-small steps at first, not even baby steps, smaller than that. I started walking again, not consistently but more than I did the past last 5 years. I started being mindful of what I ate again, not consistently but enough that I started to loose weight.
And I fell off the wagon again. For three weeks. But I'm getting up again. I have a feeling that this time is for real. Depression is now a thing of the past, I'm doing great in therapy and I'm ready to do what it takes to go back to my healthy weight and lifestyle.
