-Cardio -5-6 times/week (Leslie Sansone walk 2-5 miles)
-Weights 3 times/week
-Meditate at least 2 times/week (preferably daily!)

Life Goals:
-Read daily (10-15 minutes)
-Journal daily (5-10 minutes)
-Limit TV to 2 shows/week and 1 movie/weekend (Survivor and The Bachelor/ette)
-Track food weekly (track food for each day of the week at least once weekly)
-Eliminate processed food
