The Right Music, the RIght View, The Right Motivation

I've been missing my morning walks for a few weeks now--been trying to do alternate exercise, but it just hasn't been the same. I got a dvd of walking alpine trails and pathways and put that on the tv in the exercise room, tuned into "all cardio" music on Apple Music, and hopped on the elliptical for 45 minutes. First time in a while that I have worked up a sweat like that--felt good! Hopefully I have found the exercise to replace my long walks until the weather warms up and the days get longer. Then I did my weight training and some stretching. Still had 30 minutes left to get to 120 minutes so went outside and walked. A good first day for the weight loss challenge!
