Seize the day by Creating a goal with a specific measure attainable realistic timely goal (smart) goals help you conquer. Goal with out a plan is just a goal. Example: Goal without plan- I want to lose 5 lbs. Results=0 Goal with plan- I want to lose 10 lbs in 4 weeks by eating healthy planned meals and planned exercising. Plan- breakfast oatmeal, snack smoothie lunch salad, snack hard boiled egg, dinner chicken fajita and salad and possible snack strawberries, beans, or nuts. Meal prep- By preparing the night before you can achieve so much. You no longer having to trip and fall into your old food friendamies. You can choose your best life with proper preparation. Plan out meal, cook meal, place meal in containers, and wake up and prepare to succeed. You will thank yourself for your efforts, they will pay off. Exercise- 20-30 minutes walk, Circuit training- Mountain climbers 60 sec, squat jumps, lumber jack burpees 60 sec, plank 60 sec, split lunges 60 sec and wall squat. Plan- achieved Goal- conquered It was very specific, Atainable because it was a measurable goal, making it realistic and timely. Lets live our best lives by seizing the day!
