I'm still thin in 2018 - goal met in 2011

Hi Spark Friends -
I have not been here much, but want you all to know I am still at my goal and have no trouble staying her after so many years. The key for me is to eat "clean" and healthy, exercise daily, get my rest and get my healthy fluids.
I owe this all to sparkpeople and I could not have done it without you. But now I am on to new challenges and never even weigh myself. I just notice if my underwear are to loose or too tight and adjust a bit if I need to.
Anyone can do this if I did. I'm on all social media and you can find me anywhere if you need to. Love you guys and don't give up!
