Week 1: Healthy breakfasts made a difference

Last week I promised to report back on how my challenge to have a good nutritious breakfast each day this week went. It went well. While the scale doesn't reflect that this morning (Thanks to watching NCAA basketball last night with "the boys" of the house, and associated snacks), I felt better all week, and along with my successful 5 freggies challenge, I did see a drop on the scale. The most important change was that I did not feel voraciously hungry by the time I got home each night, and therefore I could better control the quantity and quality of my intake during the evenings. I plan to do the same this week. Goal = To feel better - and I will.
