I've been going to the gym for 3 months now. I've been tracking and eating healthier. I am hoping the long plateau I am starting on will soon give way. My weight is barely budging and I only started tracking tape measure last week.

Signed up for a diet bet. Got my metrics today. It is dismal...but at least it's a place to start. I am doing the right things to get healthy. Here's hoping they were all way worse and I am on the way to getting better.

    The weight is going to come off! You are doing so good! You probably feel so much better! My weight loss is going at a turtles pace, but I know that I am eatting healthier and getting stronger!!

    The plateau WILL end. Stay the course. I promise you, it will end, but you must track food, staying in range, and exercise. Try cutting sodium. Read all labels.
