For challenge and 25pts: Post a blog within the next 3 days about your greatest struggle in your weight loss journey and what you are going to do this coming week to combat that struggle.
Wow! It's been awhile since I blogged. Really need to do this more! So my greatest struggle is completely mental. I don't know why I can't just do it. I get in my head and then come the excuses and you aren't worth it anyways. I'm sick of overthinking everything. I just need to make a plan and stick to it. So that is what I'm going to try and do. Plan out meals, prepare those that are planned and just stick to it! I know it gets easier the more you do it. I can not let life derail me. Time to hush my negative voice and be POSITIVE!!
