Small goals challenge April 12th 2018

Thursday, April 12, 2018

Good morning everyone! Look what I found inside my pantry! I'm seriously considering making this for supper tonight! What it becomes I don't know. I do have fresh garden salads (I buy them in salad department of grocery stores). I need something that will satisfy me. Satisfied means stomach doesn't growl loudly an hour after I finish eating and stomach doesn't feel like I NEVER ate. Well, it's a regular basis now. Stomach feels like I never ate and ALWAYS growls minimum 20 minutes after I eat. I ALWAYS thought it took the brain 20 minutes to tell the stomach (AND vice versa) I've had enough. It's lose-lose for me either way: record my intake healthy foods and result in half calories of my minimum recommended range or continue eating all day non-stop. I have a winning plan: I see my behavior therapist Heather today and then I have a follow-up with my nurse practitioner Michelle in May so I'm definitely telling her! If she has an emergency, her supervisor Brett is free and he needs to know, like she does. What should I make this into? Oven doesn't work, it overheats and burns food then it looks like charcoal! For instance, baking macadamia cookie directions said bake in preheated oven 400 degrees for 15 minutes. It burned at 5 minutes and smoke alarms going bonkers! Result: charcoal cookies at 5 minutes! My landlord Michael said he has a technician to fix it.

On the bright side - look at the calories you saved by not eating the charcoal cookies.
