Small goals challenge December April 25th 2018

Wednesday, April 25, 2018

Ever since moving to Hebron Indiana November 1st, 2017 I've had the privilege to reach out to this young man, Tucker. I'm so proud of him! He got baptized tonight. On the way to church tonight, he asked me if I have a birthday coming up. I said ues, it's April 30th. He said he'sgiving me an early present. I asked what it was, and when he told me he's getting baptized tonight, I shouted for joy! I said that's the BEST birthday present I've got, even though it's early! I am so excited to see how the Lord answers prayers and changes people lives and watching the Lord's family grow! That's the highlight of my day! Goal wise, I'd like to NOT feel like I NEVER ate after eating. So I eat smaller meals more often. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I ate at 6 PM central time and stomach is growling loudly at 940 PM! I know I have trouble sleeping on a growling stomach so I'll find a fiber one bar or something. I'm so proud of him! Last week when I went for quarterly check up, nurse practitioner Sherri said it might be a thyroid problem. I've NEVER heard of thyroid being the weight control, and of previous thyroid imbalances from the past, so she did lab tests for thyroid, CBC, internal (thyroid, colon, kidneys, etc) and vitamin D. I don't like the wait, but I'm glad she saw those things and I hadn't a clue what's going on inside me! Meanwhile, I'm keeping my eyes and ears open for more opportunities that arise because I know there are more people who want to make the same decision he did !
