It's That Time Again!

Good Morning Sparklers! Hope everyone is doing well today! emoticon

Well, it's that time again! Weigh-In Day!

I am happy to report, after my jacked up weekend, I lost 1.8 lbs! How emoticon is that? I feel very blessed!

I went to the chiropractor last night and ended up having a medium Engineer sandwich from Firehouse Subs. I love the turkey, mushrooms and swiss cheese along with the veggies. It seemed to hit the spot! I was hangry!

I also did part of my workout this morning. My body was just tired again, so I didn't give it 100%. I think I just need a day off. Plus my kitty, Brindle, was coming in and wanting some love and this is entirely unusual for her so I jumped at the opportunity to give it! lol

I also want to thank you, all my wonderful Sparklers, for your kind words, comments, and advice. I hadn't even thought about my water intake. Water is about the only thing I drink and usually I have about 8-12 glasses a day, but I may have been short on some of those days that I was dizzy. Thank you all! I have even joined a Three Month Mega Monster Daily Water Challenge (thanks to 4Rosemary for inviting me!) to monitor my water intake.

    Water is a common-sense solution. A friend of mine who regularly walks over an hour did not feel the need to drink water for just a short walk of about an hour, until her husband had to take her to the ER. She had terrible pains in her legs, due to dehydration. We really need to drink water.

    I'm normally not one to join in with challenges, but this is one I thought I could actually accomplish and would benefit from, as drinking water is helpful with weight loss. And any liquid counts...not just water. I count water, tea, coffee, and milk...those are my usual beverages throughout the day.
