Rough night of snacking

what did I do??? Too many snacks.. why?
ugh... Today I will eat healthy, but I need to find out the why am I snacking at 10pm. Stress? Hormones? I don't have a set answer, but I need a new plan in place to break this snack cycle.
Part of this is me being tired. I know it seems counterintuitive to eat when tired, but it happens. This way I have the energy to do what needs to get done. Prep for the next day, clean up from dinner, relax after the house is in bed. One thing I need to try to do more of is prepping on the weekends. However, we were swamped with projects this weekend as nd no breakfast or lunch prep got done. I was able to prep dinners. Yeah. Breakfast and lunches have stumped me. I brought turkey deli meat, watermelon and protein powder with me today. Oh, I did also make oatmeal with protein powder and strawberries for breakfast. I am responsible for packing/making breakfast and lunch for 3-5 people. Ugh...happy to let kids eat school lunch some days. Tried every day, but it was a waste. Kids are picky eaters. Thankfully DH and MIL are easy. Need to get back to work for now, but will revisit, since I'm blogging all week.
