Daily blogging--Summer 5% Challenge is coming

I am happy that I made my 5% weight loss goal. In fact, I am down 12 lbs , 7.4% loss. Even better than that are some of the NSVs I have made. Feeling better, exercising more and wearing my summer shorts.
