Last day of the 5% challenge for spring!

Another 5% challenge is coming to a close. The final weigh in is tomorrow. And while I didn't reach my 5% goal, I still feel like a winner.
The 5% challenge always gives me the motivation I need to keep moving, and getting in exercise minutes even when I'd rather not. Because of the 5% challenge I'm at 61 weeks of exercise in a row. Also, thanks to this challenge, I'm 61 days straight of logging in consistently.
These are massive wins for me! After all, you can't expect Sparkpeople to work if you don't log in consistently, track your food and your exercise.
The other benefit of this challenge, is the accountability. I dislike feeling like I let my team down by not getting exercise minutes in. Knowing that I have a whole team behind me, counting on my minutes (even if they're only 15 minutes, they all get us closer to the goal!) it pushes me to get those minutes in. Even now, as I type this, I'm walking to get my minutes in after a particularly lazy day.
