You Know What Day It Is....

Wednesday, June 06, 2018

Hope everyone is having a fantabulous day! All is well here! FINALLY! Let's hope it stays that way! emoticon

I haven't started exercising again yet. I'm trying to focus more on the eating. While being sick I pretty much ate what I wanted which included a lot of fast food! It was easy and didn't require me to cook or clean! But I need to get back on track again. I stepped on the scale this morning and gained 5 lbs since last month when I started getting sick. One step at a time!

I did forget to share....last Thursday I found out I did pass my CHES (Certified Health Education Specialist) exam! Whoop! Whoop! And this is about what I felt like:

Now on the next step which is getting the house on the market. Again, one step at a time! I'm praying it all comes together!

You guys have all been great listening to me gripe about being sick and complaining. Thank you for that. It's great to have Sparkfriends that show their support and truly care. Have a great day everyone!

XOXO,

Kiliki, a.k.a. Christy

I'm the same way when I'm sick...I don't have the energy, either physically or mentally (or both) to worry about food and meals and preparing healthy things, so do whatever is easiest. It is hard to get back on track...I'm still struggling! But try to take it a day at a time, and know that you'll get there soon enough. I find that the more I make some meals "automatic" the easier it is to get back on track. So I have pretty much the same breakfast each day, that is healthy, so I don't have to think about it. Then I try to plan out some dinners that are healthy that will have leftovers for another day. You know what to do, as evidenced by your past success, and you'll do it again, I'm sure. Have a good week!
