1st big goal met.

For the 1st time in about 14+ years I am finally below 300#. And I don't mean getting down to 299 for a day or two before putting the weight back on. I have lost about 22 lbs so far this year. Could I have done better absolutely, I just keep getting in my own way of progress.
I have made a lot of changes over the past few months. Trying to make better choices most of the time, eating more fruits & veggies and less processed foods. I am on my 10th monthly (day 8 and 5 lbs down so far this shred)10 day shred (more about that another day). I flood my body with over 30 fruits and veggies daily by taking my juice plus capsules. I'm feeling better my doctor has taken me off 2 meds for diabetes. emoticon most importantly I no longer feel sick and tired all the time and when I do start to feel bad I can trace it back to poor choices with food and lack of exercise.
I am still a work in progress and will be for the rest of my life. Thanks to the support of my family and my juice plus family.
