If at first you don’t succeed....

I’m trying it again. Started weight watchers with my daughter in law a couple months ago and I am loosing but kind of like a turtle. The meetings are challenging for me with my schedule and I feel like I am struggling with getting the point system. I signed up for the trial of paid version on here to overlap the last two weeks I have paid for ww. I’m going to do a side by side comparison to analyze exactly what I’m eating and see if I need to make adjustments. So double tracking everything for now. I have at least developed the happier of tracking, so what ever I do it will continue as I am convinced only by tracking will I succeed.

    thanks- after one day of tracking on here i found one of my problems. apparently the 0 point black bean brownies that i have been making are actually almost 200 calories each ( i average 2 a day thinking they were free!) I'm going to load the rest of my 0 point recipes on here to see if they are causing the issues i am having. emoticon emoticon
