Just trying to update my SP page and goal. It has been a long time. I am grateful I only put on half of what I lost. I really need to get back to my goal weight. I can't rush even though I would love to be down 30-35 lbs by Thanksgiving. Not going happen and I know it. I am making small changes - get my water in, track ALL my food, try to get 4 fruits & veggies in my day, and enjoy the moment.
I have three kids and cake, candy, chips, and lots of good food will always be around. It is not logical to me to ban food. I need control and more control.
Off to go food shopping.
