Let's Try This Again

I find myself somewhere that I never thought I'd be:

1- At a weight I find physically uncomfortable. Thighs rubbing, clothes chafing, and getting winded easily

2-Hovering between regular and plus sizes, having added another X to my XL

3-Not recognizing myself in pictures (i.e. I feel like I look one way, and then find myself shocked at how I actually look)

In non weight related areas:

1- Professionally, I'll be getting a new Director at work soon, and feel that I need to step up my game, and get more organized

2- At home, I feel tired, and often opt for an evening on the couch instead of keeping on top of housework, decluttering, decorating and home improvements. I'm just doing the very basics, but want to reach a point where I feel comfortable entertaining, or having pop in guests

Some of this comes about from being busy doing fun things like spending weekends away at our camper and doing other social things. However, I need a change. I need to find a better balance. With these thoughts in mind, I began tracking on SP, and I got up and took the dog for a 45 min walk today. First steps at breaking some bad habits, and renewing some good habits!
