Today's assignment is to list 10 reasons you want to lose weight. What do you want to change? How do you want to look? How do you want to feel? What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? And list all the OTHER things that you want to change!

The 10 Reasons I Want to Lose Weight

1 - M y #1 reason is to be healthier.

2 - To lower my blood pressure

3 - To lower my LDL and triglycerides, and keep my HDL high

4 - To reduce or eliminate meds.

5 - To be able to walk without my walker.

6.- To have a better quality of life while I am still on this planet.
7 - To be able to feel good about myself again

8 - To have more energy.

9 - To lessen joint pain

10 - Last but not least. To be able to enjoy life and travel . Before God takes me home I would like to see every state in America. I want to be able to sit on plans, buses and trains comfortable. Go site seeing, swim in the oceans, walk on the beaches and not collapse at the end of the day.
