What a disappointing month. Not enough consistent exercise, too much stress eating. I did eat a lot of healthy foods, (a long with some unhealthy) but I wasn't watching portion sizes, and I am sure that binging at night was also a factor of not having a loss. So basically I am about 6 lbs down from where I started back in May. Instead of sulking, I am going to make October a GREAT month! Now that we are back into a schedule at school, I plan to go to the Y Sunday-Thursday this month. I have decided to switch up my workouts a bit, to keep from getting bored so I am hitting the pool a couple times a week. I have purchased a new bathing suit, along with a cap and goggles. I actually swam for 90 mins yesterday, it felt so good! I was on the swim team in highschool, and this is the longest I have swam since then. I am going to really focus on my relationship with food this month. I really need to stop over-eating, that is the main reason why I am regaining all the weight I've lost. I'm determined to be NOT gain more weight this holiday season!
