None Scale Victories!

Used to I would weigh everyday. This was really bad for my psyche. I am only weighing myself on Saturdays. So I am focusing on NSV and Exercise Victories this time. Like today, I got 20 minutes of stationary bike on my legs. I have been fighting 3ish weeks to get to that. Now to stay at it and grow those minutes for longer time. I am wanting to get to where I can get up and dance again. I love dancing. I want to get where I can start learning what hip hop dancers do. You see them all the time on YouTube. I know I will never be as good but I would love to get down where there is no flab bouncing up and down when I do dance.
