Hi!! I have a update on my Kickboxing Classes. emoticon
There is a new instructor that teaches close to the same workouts but longer and more High Intensity HIIT's! Love this more! emoticon emoticon
It still has KickBoxing and Circuit Training and Metabolic Training but also has Crunch workouts!
They are a mixed bag of workouts put together with Higher Intensity! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
I am looking so forward to this, like i said before I love Love Love challenging workouts!
It is 112 days long emoticon emoticon emoticon
