Chapter 29, Day 100

Another 100 days gone by, come midnight.
Taking stock: what is working? Nothing. Is this really true? No, as I do get fitness minutes in usually 5 of 7 days. So my heart and body are getting some exercise and that is important. Yet, it is overshadowed by lack of weight loss.
What's not working: food choices, food choices, food choices
Well, that's not a complicated fix, though there is nothing harder.
Secret weapon: human will (we all know how strong it can be)
I am very tenacious in many areas of my life. I have it in me to rise above my food choice challenges.
Step by step, a good decision made followed by another. And another. And if it doesn't feel like something is grabbing hold, then proceed with another good decision. That is how doers do. There is nothing magical going on for those who inspire me with their success stories. It is the sum of small steps and good decisions.
Thankful for having been successful with weight loss in the past when I lost 38# in 6 months. I am encouraged that I have the foundational knowledge for success again.
Family time today. Yay!
Get myself to the gym
and above all else, follow food plan's "good choices."
