I have 3 goals/steps that I would like to accomplished each day. Drink at least 8 glasses of water (10+), track all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner has been tracked). Get 10000 steps a day. It will happen today I already have 8715 steps. I will have 10000 before 1159pm.
