2019 - The Year of a Healthier Lifestyle

My overall goal for 2019 is to maximize my physical, emotional and spiritual health which includes a healthy weight. My plan to move toward my goal is to make healthier choices.
1 - Track all food and stay within set calorie range 5 out of 7 days.
2 - Eat 3 - 5 servings freggies 5 out of 7 days
3 - Stop eating at least 3 hours before going to bed.
4 - 20 minutes intentional exercise 5 days/week - walking, water aerobics and/or strength training
5 - Wear Fitbit - track steps and increase daily steps over 12 weeks to 8000/day
6 - 8 hours sleep 5 nights/week
7 - Focus on scripture and prayer and minimize time on electronics.
8 - Set up a schedule to declutter and clean on a regular basis including paper work.
9 - Reach out to others and be an encourager!
10 - Set up an accountability tracker and log/journal my progress.
