I am so excited about this year. I did a good job with fitness last year and I even tried some new style workout classes. I do Barre once a week as well as fitbarre class another day. I'm a heavy cardio junkie so having two slower classes per week was a challenge for me initially. I do feel stronger and a different kind of fit with those additions to my workout week.
Next goal that is big and must happen this year is TRACKING. Every time i've used this tool, I get great results. I resist it like one should resist danger but I know it is the answer to some of my nutrition struggles. You must know what goes in!
Well by Sunday I'll have clear goals and plans for January. Looking forward to some big changes this year. They all start.... one move and one thought at a time.
