How many times will I start over again?
I'm down 7 lbs this week, obviously was bloated. I'm proud of my food choices (no cookies!) this week. I'm trying to set small goals daily that fit how I feel. If I'm feeling sick, I focus on water, food logging, resting. If I'm feeling rambunctious: get steps, log food, cook dinner, drink water. Small goals are working for me. I'm trying not to look past the current day, because if I do I get overwhelmed and discouraged.
