Kitchen sink curry

I used all the veggies in my fridge, kale, celery, zucchini, onion, broccoli, onion, pepper, garlic (all non starch veggies) A bit of tomato paste (sautéed with onions) , a can of coconut milk, 2 cups water, 3 T curry powder, salt and pepper. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes in cast iron Dutch oven. Amazing #ketotarian #keto

    Gotta try it. Have you been following the Keto diet for a while? I am checking it out. I paid for something on the internet and it provides a meal plan - so I'm using that. I allow myself some wine on the weekend (probably too much). I've been having some crotons with my salads. I did find some almond flour. My dear the price was astronomical but I decided to "treat" myself. I also found the coconut cream. I had some coconut oil in the cupboard for about 5 years so I've been cooking with that.
