Meal planning day! I am going to make my plan for the week and go shopping for the stuff I need. It is so much easier when I know in advance what yummy foods are awaiting me and when I have the right stuff in the pantry to create delicious meals. I am leaning towards a most vegan week filled with real whole foods. Bring on the nutrients!!

    I try to do one meatless dinner a week, although with WW's I'm eating mostly chicken and turkey.

    My freezer is loaded, no reason for me to be stopping at the store for 'goodies'. emoticon
