As one of my new years resolutions I am doing a 60 day juicing of sorts. Basically breakfast and lunch are fruit pureed with water and then I eat a normal dinner. January was great. It's super easy to stick to. Its sweet. Its fresh tasting. Its filling. I stay hydrated. and I am down 9 pounds. So now onto my second 30 days. I am hoping to match the 9 pounds lost in January and keep up the momentum. I am feeling so much better. Before I was sick all the time.... my stomach bothered me on a daily basis. I have not had any stomach issues in the last month and am do excited for that to continue. 30 more days here I come!
