Hi! emoticon
I started a new workout today Monday February 4th,
It’s called Peak by Michelle Dozois.it came out last year
not on DVD but on a download . This is the second round
Of Peak, the first one came out about 5 years ago . I did
that one and I loved it, I did it a few times over the years.
So I’m so pumped to start round 2 all brand new workouts
and hard as heck emoticon emoticon emoticon
It is Cardio and Strenth workouts, intervals which I love , love , love
It is hard and intense 8 weeks long it has high intensity
Levels and weights in intervals , it kicks my butt but that’s the
Way I like it emoticon
So here I go, Woohoo emoticon
