I'm really down. I am considering making food and exercise and fitness my main motivators in life. I don't feel like I have them right now since depression and bad habits have removed my interests in anything.

    emoticon maybe start by walking for 5 to 10 minutes - it is amazing how a little bit of movement, particularly outdoors can improve one's outlook.
