I forgot to post a blog yesterday, but that day marked 3 weeks of the challenge(s) I've been doing for 30 days. Yesterday was another good day. I am eating more mindfully and basing my menus on what I have on hand, supplementing with fresh produce. My freezer and pantry are getting cleaned out, too :) I have not lost any more weight, but I am eating less sugar and fat. I know it's doing my body good.
