Feeling better was short lived!

UTI maybe TMI? I'm worse now than before I was treated so two weeks of treatment this time around. I am hopefully more prepared to handle the carb cravings I get when I'm sick, now that I'm aware it's apparently a thing for me. I much prefer to see the scale go down and my clothes continue to get more comfy, because the bigger my clothes get the more I love them. I've had help this week from my Team Keto! friends trying to get a better grip on my nutrition tracker. I've decided my focus will be to keep my carbs below 20, while keeping an eye on my fat and protein. Again the Dr. said I was spillin some good ketones, so I want to keep it that way. My strips tell me that but I always feel better when the Dr. confirms it. I think their test is better than mine LOL
