What a journey this is - trying to understand why I do what I do! I love to eat healthy! I love to walk and do other types of exercise. I especially love the community I find here and the encouragement I receive! But, I also binge! Loss of sleep, anxiety, and LOVE of food are all factors that play into the binging. Being consistent is one area that I struggle with as well as having the "want to". To be honest, sometimes, I just flat out want to eat anything AND everything! I know I don't like where my weight is and I don't like how I look in pictures. I also don't like (even hate) how I feel both physically and emotionally after I binge.
Just some thoughts for today. . .
