I’m trying to work in more movement throughout the day. Getting in 10,000 steps a day and a serving of a fruit or veggie with each meal. I don’t expect really any weight loss with these 2 small goals but I need to start with some achievable steps. I’m gone 11 to 12 hours a day due to my commute and work — and frankly it is killing me. It’s a pretty sedentary job as well. I’m just trying to figure out how to really get in (make myself) work out when I’m already so tired.

    Baby steps are key! No need to overdue it or over think it. Small steps every day that you can live with permanently is the way to go.
