I’m trying to work in more movement throughout the day. Getting in 10,000 steps a day and a serving of a fruit or veggie with each meal. I don’t expect really any weight loss with these 2 small goals but I need to start with some achievable steps. I’m gone 11 to 12 hours a day due to my commute and work — and frankly it is killing me. It’s a pretty sedentary job as well.
I’m just trying to figure out how to really get in (make myself) work out when I’m already so tired.
