One step at a time!

I have decided to get back on track by setting a few goals at a time. 1. I drink 8 glasses of water per day. 2. I am eating at least 5 fruits and vegetables per day. 3. I am walking 10,000 steps every day. Not always easy but I am determined to do it one step at a time!
