One day focus. Today

Starting back sparks recently. Have lots to retrain myself to do. Success getting back in swing of tracking food to clean out fridge to start shopping based on better eating habits as of today. I put gym on hold until my last lung check up end of July confident i will be on smooth maintenance after 3 yrs of trying different drug combos to find what work. i have lots to do to get out old menues, recipes, exercise routine to push myself to lose weight. I do simple exercises about 20 mins nightly before bed even tho not going to gym. I weird, the adrenaline rush puts me to rest and sleep easier. Days busy with purging every room & closet to sell property and husband's small 42 yr horticulture business. One a day. Each day. Keep from overwhelming i pick one focus a day. Today was mailing down tracking. Hurrah!! Next up...menu & meal planning.
