Life is good 16

Thursday, July 25, 2019

I had a eye dr appt that I walked to and when I was walking back I had trouble seeing the sidewalk since ny eyes were dilated and I tripped. I bit my lip skinned my knees and and the toe that I stubbed. My regular dr told me that I have osteopenia which is the last step before osteoporosis. I am so grateful that she put me on calcium supplements because I fell really hard but I didn't break anything and my shinned knees are heeling and my lip is almost healed. It could have been so much worse.

I am grateful for my husband who came to pick me up after I fell. He drove me home and I rested the rest of the day.

I am grateful for my city. I called them and asked them to fix the sidewalk. They were very nice and told me they would check into it and fix it.

I stayed home from my fitness club because I felt so broken and my hiking group doesn't meet this week so I'll skip my hike. I feel so lucky that I have a couple of days to recover.
