Not a good week

This week was horrible food and exercise wise. I don't know what happened but a couple days I just felt like I ate everything in sight. I could not feel full. there was popcorn, ramen noodles, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, ice cream sandwiches, and assorted junk food. I got my water in, I had iced tea, regular coffee, sprite and a coke. 99% of the time I do not drink soda. This was a rare week, I normally don't go on binges like this. I wish I knew what brought this on so I can avoid this in the future.
I had a couple of great motivational days where I couldn't sit still then there were a couple days when all I wanted to do was sleep. This is making me crazy!
I will put a stop to it!
