It's not a bad thing to "lose water"

You have seen it over and over again. People will post that they just started and they "know" that it is "just" water". PLEASE give yourself the credit you deserve. It may be water loss' but your previous diet might have been causing you to retain that water, so losing it is great! What matters is that you are making changes and doing great! That extra water was putting pressure on your circulatory system. Yes' your weight lose may slow down a little' but thats good too. Rapid weight loss puts stress on your liver' trying to process it' and can cause gall stones. So reach back there and pat yourself on the back and stop judging yourself. That loss was fantastic!
