I went to the gym and used the rower! Wow :) I wanted to do that for some time, i used to use them a lot in the past but never at this new gym.. it’s in the crossfit section so that can be a little intimidating ;) but to the contrary! it felt very private and i was totally “in the zone”. Now my body is tired and aching but in the best ways possible. I will use the rowers on my cardio only days, i think! I was trying to reach 500m in 2 mins. I did around 2:20 every round but it’s still nice and i’ll see my time improve quickly enough i’m sure :) It’s a good HIIT workout and i’m gonna do endurance cardio on the days when i also do strength work.
And then! I wanted to eat out and i chose a big salad! and it was so good :)
And then! I resisted a late moka coffee and also beer.
I’m kind of proud of myself :) It’s been a while. I have this feeling that i’m gonna get serious with this, this time! I think i will treat myself of a fitbit pretty soon! I used to have this huge ass Garmin but i had to sell it. It was too big and quite frankly overkill for me, but i am interested in metrics and it’ll be a nice tool to keep track of everything for the challenge and the ones to come after that.
Now i’m gonna go watch some guilt free tv and stretch a little, before bed. I hope you had a nice day as well!
