For the 5% challenge we are instructed to list 3 reasons or excuses why are efforts haven't brought success in the past and to come up with 3 new strategies for success.

My excuses

1~I'm just lazy. I would rather sit around and read or be on the computer than exercise.

2~I lack will power in my eating. I often give in to cravings.

3~I don't have time to make healthy choices with food or exercise. Really! I'm a SAHM with 3 kids in school all day. I have the time.

My strategies

1~I will get up early with Hubby and go to the fitness center and make wise choices for activity throughout the day.

2~I will make healthy food choices, meal plan, and limit my eating to meal times.

3~I have plenty of time to make good choices. I will use my bedtime to make a plan for the next day. I will include a morning workout, daily meal plan with tracking, fitting other active minutes throughout the day.

My plan is pretty straightforward. Exercise early, eat healthy foods, track, plan my day, get good sleep. All the while, loving on my family and counting my blessings.
