In my last blog, many people asked for a list of books, but I honestly can’t give you a very big list. I studied the more science based information that I give to you via school. I’m a certified master coach and member of the International Coaching Federation. I also have a bachelors degree and hit the books hard on advanced psychology and health sciences.

Much of the info I give you is self- discovered from my own weight loss journey. I started at 460 lbs and lost half my body weight. Along the way, I kept a journal of my thoughts and what I was learning about myself and ways to apply these things.

I would have today that of all the books that I have read, the number one life changer for me was YOU ON A DIET. THE SPARK was uber insightful as well. LOVE HUNGER is invaluable for food addiction.
